Exchange Option
Instead of a refund, you may request an exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
Shipping & Return Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Viotor Online Shopping will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
