Refund Process

  3. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, you may request an exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference applies).

Shipping & Return Costs
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Viotor Online Shopping will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
